QA Engineer

Tax Term: W2/Own Corp JD: Role:E-Commerce Quality Assurance Analyst This is a munal testing role heavily focused on the UI/front end. There will be minimal back end (SQL) type testing involved. Ulines Ecommerce sites are all built in .NET so QA's need to have experience working in a Microsoft tech stack Day to day they are working on bug fixes, and enhancements to different aspects of the website which could include the UI, order processing, or integration with other systems. They interact mostly with Business analysts who provide the requirements that they build test plans/cases around. They will also interact with developers. They use azure devops as a repository for test cases/scripts, and cross browser to test web pages compatibility with different web browsers. They have a mobile website that they also test so any mobile experience is a plus Top 3 asks – attention to detail, ecommerce experience, 3-4 years of QA experience in an enterprise environment Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance / testing policies, processes and procedures. Conduct manual testing of website defects and new enhancements. Perform regression testing of site functionality as part of an SDLC. Track and report testing progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and releases. Interpret HTML and browser functionality in an eCommerce environment. Coordinate testing across multiple web environments (eCommerce, mCommerce, PunchOut) and websites for the U.S., Canada and Mexico markets. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned test execution activities. Expertise in Microsoft Access and Excel, with Adobe InDesign or Quark Express experience preferred. Prior B2B / B2C eCommerce experience a plus.
