Job description: Top Skills – Must Haves Business analysis Agile Requirements gathering Business requirements User stories Scrum Top Skills' Details • Work closely with Business Partners and Product Owners at all levels in the organization to proactively define business requirements, complete backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria and collaborate with other stakeholders related to requirements definition and impact analysis. • Analyze Current State Processes and Systems using a variety of techniques including Data-flow Diagrams, Functional Decomposition, Interviews and Analysis of Metrics and Key Performance Indicators • Serve as subject matter expert in utilizing a variety of techniques like User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Process Diagrams in requirements documentation. Secondary Skills – Nice to Haves Job Description • Act as a liaison to project team, agile team, product owner and stakeholders on initiatives and related work. Efforts may cross multiple agile teams, impact multiple business units and functions and are time critical to the organization. • Remove ambiguity by clearly mapping out activities against expected outcomes. Helps to identify the interdependencies between deliverables and dependent teams to better determine what teams should be more integrated and when, relative to the overall solution development process. • Understands the intended outcomes of the project and ensures the outcomes are realistic and measurable. Collaborates with the team and project leadership to define the scope of work, who is responsible for delivering it and when it will be delivered. Additional Skills Qualifications • A technical background/aptitude or BA experience in more technical projects would be advantageous • Experience working with Aha and Azure DevOps • Experience doing Business Process Mapping, Story mapping and mapping of as-is/to-be processes. • Facilitating clear and effective communications throughout the project and across technical and non-technical individuals and teams at all levels of the organization. • Mentor and provide skill uplift to the team on agile practices and BA role. This team is in charge of a huge initiative to implement O365, Sharepoint, etc. in order to make communication/processes more seamless throughout the Enterprise. With these projects being technical, they need someone who has experience in that arena and is able to clearly communicate between business and technical teams. This will be a 60/40 Project Manager to Business Analyst role.
