Legal Salesforce Specialist

Rate: DOE job description: Job description: Key responsibilities: Understand key audiences and business processes (current state and future state) Lead and facilitate data design, consulting and requirements gathering sessions with clients Analyze business and technical requirements and provide strategic recommendations and approaches in conjunction with other team leads and client stakeholders Translate business requirements into user stories for project team development and configuration Consult on recommended sequencing, data mapping, data migration and best practices Ability to guide and co-lead a blended project team with other project team leads Collaborates on designs and consulted on end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions in collaboration with technical counterparts Hands-on experience is required Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with demonstrated experience with legal/compliance platforms such as Advologix, Litify and Accounting Seed (or similar) Legal and/or Accounting background desired Salesforce certifications, including Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder and Data Architect Experience in all phases of systems development life cycle within Salesforce implementations Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum) Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
