Tax Term: W2/Own Corp JD: 3+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant/Business Analyst SME in Epicor ERP Understanding of core Epicor functionality Very familiar Epicor version 10 database, Proficient in: table structures, relationships job, order and quote related screens Creating Epicor BAQ (Business Analysis Query) (working with multiple tables, link data, grouping, etc). Dashboards Experience Epicor Data Management Tool (DMT) and working with data imports/exports, data manipulation and supporting data migrations. Strong experience with excel Epicor experience in a relevant industry: either Manufacturing, Operations (inventory management, purchasing, receiving, etc), and/or finance/transactions. Customer / Application Support experience (and customer service mindset) – experience supporting/managing a ticket queue, troubleshooting issues and working with end users. Self-starter, proactive and able to collaborate well with a team to accomplish project goals. SSRS reports (and SQL Report Writing, SQL Views and queries)
