Sr. Scrum Master – Remote

Skills – "the how" needed to successfully deliver "the what" Possess an agile mindset, and can teach the values and principles of the agile manifesto. Experienced in agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Able to customize agile frameworks/practices to the needs of the team, while not compromising on agile principles. Skilled in scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe. Experience with leading PI planning in a scaled agile environment. Experience implementing agile metrics such as burn-up, burn-down, lead/cycle time, velocity charts, cumulative flow diagrams, at the team level, and rolled up to ARTs and journeys. Capable of coaching teams and leaders within the organization, and facilitating events involving multiple teams. Builds relationships and network with other product and shared services teams in support of dependency management and impediment removal.
