ServiceNow Design Analyst (Business Service)

Visa:U.S. Citizens/Green Card ONLY due to legal or government contract requirement Tax Terms:W2/Own Corp 100% remote and client is in EST ServiceNow Design Analyst-Utilizing Business Services within ServiceNow One of our Premier clients tin the Atlanta, GA area is looking for a Business Services Design Analyst (ServiceNow) As a result of the combining of two ServiceNow programs it was agreed to stand-up a new ServiceNow platform. This platform will be created from the standard ServiceNow offering as much as is viable, have the interfaces and data as required migrated from the existing environments. The project will have two steps with step 1 being the provision of a common service desk for the business community. The supporting data and services will be migrated as soon as viable with the intention that the whole service portfolio will be provided from the new platform by EoY and the old platforms will be decommissioned Required Skills Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM, with a focus on Service Portfolios, Business Services/Offerings and Technical Services/Offerings and its alignment with CMDB Assess prioritized list of existing Business Services to determine proper taxonomy classifications in the CSDM model for classification in ServiceNow, across WM and DSC Provide guidance on proper disposition and/or reassignment of assessed items, where appropriate Work closely with current APM/CMDB Lead and Analysts Work closely with ServiceNow Product, Platform, and CMDB Teams Work closely with SNAP Project Team Members Reach out to Service Owners and App Owners to gather/validate required metadata on Business Services Provide regular updates of progress to Business Services Lead Possess strong communication skills. Able to work with large amounts of data. Demonstrate persistence in data gathering efforts. Work with Business Services data stakeholders as needed. Prepare data conversion and/or upload sets.
