Job Title: Salesforce Technical - Lead

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Interview Mode: Phone + 2 Skype

Duration: 6 months initially

Visa: Except H1 – but try to find out GC, USC

Technical Lead


Strong Salesforce Development skills.

Strong in Apex, Visualforce, Javascript

End to end implementations of Salesforce projects

Can collaborate with business, product owners and work in onsite-offshore model

Can guide some of the junior members in the team


Serves as the technical expert on projects focused on Salesforce.com -Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Force.com platform.
Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications,specifically,Salesforce.com

Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, cleansing, migration and security

Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing, administration

Perform integration with non SFDC systems and data migration

Responsible for code reviews, troubleshooting and performance tuning and process improvement

Collaborate with the functional team and customers for the successful delivery with quality

Strong communication skills

 


Certification requirements -


Salesforce Admin Certified

Platform developer certified
